Carolyn S. Parlato
Mrs. Parlato is retired from the practice of corporate and securities law in Manhattan. In addition to private practice, she was also Securities Counsel for TWA and Trans World Corporation. She holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Duke University.
Since retiring from the practice of law Mrs. Parlato has managed several family businesses, as well as a tree farm in North Florida. She also serves on the Boards of both for profit and non profit companies.
